We are Jim and Joanie Burton, husband & wife Real Estate Consultants affiliated with Coastal Country Real Estate. 


Jim grew up in North San Diego County and is a former General Contractor with many years of experience in the Construction Industry which includes:

Jim and Joanie are a very unique, dedicated husband/wife team, who feel it is important to attend client appointments together. This allows them to have a much better understanding of the scope of one's Real Estate needs and desires. Jim and Joanie also spent several years providing Construction Services for home remodels and room additions. Our unique backgrounds, along with the wisdom of our Broker, Joe Moris (in Residential & Real Estate Developments for over 40 Years) brings a wide range of capabilities and valuable information to assist our clients in all aspects of Real Estate.

Once completed and E-Mailed back to us, we then input your specific criteria into our program to research properties that meet your needs. We will then e-mail you properties as they become available.

Between government legislation, environmental laws, mortgage documentation requirements and the legal aspects of a home purchase, it is advantageous for the home buyer to be represented by a licensed & knowledgeable Real Estate Consultant.
